Listening to what you are telling yourself
If your head, your intuition and your heart are in conflict, your ‘internal advisors’ are in turmoil and a niggling feeling is telling you ‘there’s something going on here that’s not quite right.’ This is the time to stop, take notice and truly listen to yourself. When you are doing what your head is telling you to do, what your gut reaction wants you to do and what your emotions are excited and happy about, then your whole system is in alignment and is letting you know you are moving in the right direction.
